Ghee - 5 Grams
Spices - Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric
Peanuts - 5 Grams
Jaggery - 4 Grams
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Flour - 40 Grams
Arhar Dal - 40 Grams
Curry patta - 5-6
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Wash dal and boil it with turmeric and salt until done. You can pressure cook also.
Now add turmeric, salt and pinch of chilli powder in flour and make a dough.
Now in a kadhai, add ghee and let it heat.
Now add mustard seeds and curry patta.
Add peanuts now and cook until bit brown.
Now add red chilli powder and boiled dal in it.
Add water to adjust the consistency.
Add Jagger and lemon juice to dal now and let it come to a boil.
Roll the dough in shape of chapati and cut it in small daimond shape and add it to boiling dal.
Let it boil for - minutes and switch of the flame.
Enjoy hot dal dal dholki with added ghee. It's taste yumm 😋
