200 grams boneless chicken breast

1 lemon (juice and zest)

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken breast in the mixture for at least minutes.

Step 3
