Green split moong dal - 50g
Onion - 30g
Fenugreek leaves - 50g
Spices: coarse grinded coriander seeds (1 tsp) , cumin powder- 0.5 tsp, salt , black pepper
Ginger -5g
Garlic - 5 g
Green chilly- 1
Soak the green moong dal overnight and in the morning wash it properly
In a mixer chopper, add moong dal, big chunk of onion and all spices except fenugreek leaves and grind it coarsely. Drain excess water if it’s watery by keeping on the sieve
Next, add chopped fenugreek leaves and add it to the batter.
Take small scoops of this with a tbsp and airfry it for minutes until its golden brown on both sides
