๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ช๐ข๐ข๐ช๐จ 50gm soaked and cooked Chick pea (Kabuli channa) 8 gm Olive Oil 5-6 Garlic Cloves ( you can reduce as per your preference) Half lemon juice 1Green Chilli Handful of spinach leaves Salt to taste ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ค๐ฎ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ 50 gm Soya flour 40 gm Wheat Flour 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Red chilli flakes.
๐๐ค ๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ช๐ข๐ข๐ช๐จ Combine all the ingredients with just a little water and blend it till smooth. Transfer it to a bowl and top it with olive oil. ๐๐ค ๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฎ๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ Knead the flour with a little warm water and keep the dough aside for mins. Roll it in round shape and cut into strips with the knife. Brush some oil and Air fry it till crisp. The duration will depend on the brand of the air fryer.
