Chicken - 300 gms Onion - 50 gms Butter - 5 gms Ginger Garlic Black pepper Coriander leaves Lemon juice Salt
In a pot, boil the chicken with slices of salt ,ginger, whole garlic cloves, chopped onion, and black pepper until the chicken is cooked through and tender. This infusion will flavor the chicken well.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the broth. Shred the chicken into small pieces using two forks or your hands. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor, blend the boiled ginger, garlic cloves, onion, and black pepper into a smooth paste.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.Add the ginger-garlic-onion paste to the pan add salt and sauté for about minutes, Add the shredded chicken to the pan with the ginger-garlic-onion paste. Stir well to combine and coat the chicken with the flavors. Cook for another minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors.
Add chopped fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya patta) and squeeze lemon juice over the chicken. Mix well. serve it with roti or bread.
