chili flakes 1 sachet
oregano herbs 1 sachet
coriander as per taste
Girne soya chunks and make powder
mix it in wheat flour, add salt and ml oil to it and make dough. rest it for min.
take ml butter at room temperature, crush garlic cloves and mix it in butter, add chili flakes and oregano herb.
make dough ball, and role a big roti. spread butter garlic paste and sprinkle chopped coriander on it. you can make lachha paratha or simple triangular paratha with it using oil.
have it with chutni or sabji whatever u like.
