Clean Poha in Water and kept it for Min
Roast Chennai Dal in Pan without oil and cool down and Blend it without water in Mixie
Little roast Onion, Tomato and Chilliy and cool down and blend it with water
Finally start roast vegetables with Ghee untill Brown and add onion tomato Pure
Wait for good smell and add dal powder and salt as per taste
Once it comes to mixture and add wet poha around pan
add cheese for good taste and
