Spices 1 teaspoon each (mustard seeds,kashmiri red chilli powder,jeera powder/garam masala,turmeric,corainder powder)
Rice 80 gm
Add oil to a pan,add mustard seeds and chopped onions and cook until brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for - mins
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for - mins
Add spices mentioned above & cook for min approx. Add cup water and let it boil for mins.
Add fish pieces and cook for minutes.
Garnish with corainder and serve with steamed rice!
