10gms ghee/oil 100gms warai/bhagar 100gms peeled potato
Take a pan and heat up oil/ghee . If you eat cumin seeds during fast add it to oil or you can ignore this step. . Add peeled and chopped potato . Once it is little cooked, add red chilli powder or green chillies And salt . Then add bhagar.. Mix it for a min . Pour some hot/cold water for it to cook .cover for mins. Let it cook . Serve hot with curd n peanut chutney . I am posting another recipe for this chutney.. Stay tuned
