-Chop gm onions and gm tomatoes -Make tomato purry of gm tomatoes -Take a non stick pan -Keep the flame low to medium -Slide the chopped onions & tomatoes -add salt to taste so that the veggies leave water and doesn’t stick -Add species:- a) tsp of chicken masala b) / tsp of Garam masala c) / tsp of Haldi - Stir for a while -Add the purry we made of g of Tomatoes -Stir for mins - After mins make small opening/round shape between the veggies on the pan -Crack the eggs and pour it without bitting -Place a plate on the top of pan -Let it settle there for next to mins Garnish with some coriander You can add species as per your taste buds Done!
