Saute the veggies you want to add to the roll. Take the egg, beat it nicely. Add salt pepper oregano and put it on the tava. After spreading it like an omelette, add the veggies (I have used onion capsicum tomato and corn) and also add the grated cheese cube on top. keep the flame on minimum. Fold the omelette from both the sides inside and then flip it. The cheese will melt inside it. Your Egg Frankie roll is ready.
It's going to be juicy and yummy.
I have only added the macros for corn, not added the macros for the other veggies used.
