1 egg
1 wheat chapati (I used store bought ready to eat)
5g oil
50g chicken breast
50g cucumber
25g onion
1 green chilli
5g tomato ketchup
5g green chilli sauce
5g peanut
salt and pepper as per taste
lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Cook a chapati on a tawa, sec each side and keep it aside
Heat oil in a nonstick pan
Add the chicken with salt and pepper and fry till done
while chicken is being cooked, beat an egg in a bowl with salt and pepper
Take out the chicken in a plate and pour the egg in the same pan
place the chapati on the egg carefully so that one side of the chapati is fully coated with the egg
Fry the egg-chapati till done
put it on the plate
place all ingredients, i.e. chicken, salad, ketchup etc on the egg side of the chapati and make a roll or fold in like a taco
