Ginger, garlic, green chilli,coriander, curry leaves salt and dry spices.
Coconut-10gm (garnish)
Add grated dudhi and finely chopped Methi leafs to a mixing bowl, add besan soya chunk power, ginger garlic green chilli coriander, dry spices, salt to make thick mixture.
Make fist shape balls of mixture and put it on steam for min. Steamed muthiya are ready, need to cut them in pieces before giving tadka.
For tadka- take ghee, add little garlic, mustard seeds, haldi, curry leaves and green chilli add cut muthiya to it and stir it properly. Add jaggery salt and cook for min. Garnish it with coriander and coconut.
