Cucumber: 300 gm
Curd: 150 gm
Olive oil: 20 gm
Fresh cream: 100 gm
Lemon juice: 1/2-1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
Salt: To taste
Dill leaves/parsley: For garnishing
Take curd in a muslin cloth and hang it to get hung curd.
Wash and peel cucumber, scoop out seeds, grate it and squeeze out excess water from it.
Take fresh cream and add lemon juice to it. Let This sit aside to make sour cream of it.
After few hours, in a bowl place squeezed cucumber. To this add hung curd, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, vinegar, olive oil and mix well.
In a bowl, serve cucumber dip and garnish with dill leaves. Serve chilled.
