Black chickpeas (Kala chana )- 12gm

Soya chunks - 15gm

Lemon

Onion

Method

Step 1

Take boiled black chickpeas(kala chana) . Take Soya chunks, add half spoon ghee(-gm) and fry them for - minute in a pan . Now mix black chana and soya chunks and add half chopped onion/tomato. . Garnish it with coriander and add salt/lemon to enhance the taste.
