penne pasta-30g paneer-100g assorted vegetables -200g toned milk -50 ml + 50 ml water oil/butter-5ml chopped onion(small) chopped garlic oregano, chilli flakes and salt as per taste.
Add oil in a pan , add chopped onion, garlic and saute.
Add all the veggies and stir fry on high flame for - min. Add milk ,water and grated paneer,stir for a while.
Add pasta,oregano,salt and chilli flakes as per taste and serve hot...enjoy your guilt free creamy pastaš
