Ingredients

150 gram paneer

60 ml milk

100 gram finely chopped onion

50 gram chopped bell pepper

10 gram oil

2 cheese slices

Garlic powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Oregano, Chilli flakes, Black pepper powder, Salt and stevia to taste

Handful of Chopped coriander leaves

2 slices of bread

Method

Step 1

Blend paneer and milk in blender. Add water if required to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic powder and saute for few mins until onion is soft

Step 3

Add bell pepper and saute for few more mins until soft.

Step 4

Add salt and the paneer milk paste. Add all masalas. Cook until it becomes of the consistency that it can be easily spread on a slice of bread. Add coriander.

Step 5

Take slices of bread, layer the paneer veggie mixture on top of bread. Top with cheese slice or mozzarella cheese as per your choice.

Step 6

Cook on pan covered until cheese melts and bread is toasted from below. I did this step in air fryer. Sprinkle some more chilli flakes and oregano and it’s done. Enjoy!!!
