soak tur dal and rice together for mins. grind it with salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder. temper oil, mustard seeds and Curry leaves and add it to the grounded paste. also add raw onions to the paste. heat dosa tawa and make hot dosa's with oil I used grms of oil for the entire thing you can also minus chilly powder and add chopped green chillies to the ground paste for flavor.
