Rice - 50 g (grounded)
Zero / Low calorie sweetener of your choice - 5 g
Milk - 200 Ml
Water - As per requirement
Almonds - 5 g chopped
Whey protein - 1 scoop (chocolate preferably)
Add the finely blended rice to a vessel, add milk & some water to it & let it cook on low heat for about mins.
The rice will soak up a lot of the liquid so make sure you add plenty of it & let it cook on low heat.
After a good - mins of cooking, the volume of the rice increases by a lot & the mixture becomes thick.
Add sweetener of your choice & add whey protein, let it cook for another mins.
Turn off the heat & let it cool down naturally.
Mash some bananas & chop some of it, mix it with the rice once cooled down.
Top it with some almonds & enjoy your wholesome bowl of goodness!
