100g greek yogurt 70g banana 50g milk 35 g rolled oats 35g whey protein of your choice 15g chocolate 10g cacao powder 5g chia seeds

Method

Step 1

-Add the oats, protein powder, cacao powder, chia seeds, greek yogurt & milk in a bowl -Mix them well & refrigerate for hours -Top it up with chopped banana -Melt some chocolate in the microwave & add it on top -Add a dash of cinnamon for flavour
