Oats - 100gm
Egg- 2
Banana- 250gm
Olive oil - 20gm
Milk - 150gm
Cashews- 5gm
Almonds- 10gm
Nutmeg powder - 2gm
Vanilla essence - 2tbsp
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Chocolate whey protein powder- 90gm
Beat the eggs and whisk it with whisker until you get nice foam and add milk to it and whisk again.
Mash the banana with potato masher or using fork and add vanilla essence and nutmeg powder to it. Then add eggs to it and mix all well.
Now, grind the oats to get the flour and add it to the mashed banana in batch so that there are no lumps. Similarly, add whey protein powder.
Add baking powder and chopped nuts and give a nice mix. Grease the baking tray with flour and oil and pour in the batter and let it bake at degrees centigrade for minutes or until clean toothpick comes when inserted
Take out from the oven and let it cool down for a minute and tap it from all sides and once it gets cool down completely take it in a plate and cut into pieces. You may store it in a refrigerator for about days Enjoy 😊
