Chicken breast boneless and skinless 200g
Onion 100g
Capsicum 100g
Ginger+Garlic+Green chillies
Soy sauce + Chilli sauce + Vinegar
Black pepper+Chilli flakes+Salt
Olive oil 10ml
Pre boil chicken with some salt till its tender. Once cool dice it and keep is separate. Make a dough with wheat and maida and roll into thin chapatis and cook. The tortillas are ready. Keep them separate. Add oil in a pan. Once hot add finely chopped ginger, garlic & green-chillies. Dice onions and remove its petals and add to the pan. Sauté till onion starts to burn. At this point add diced capsicum. Sauté till capsicum also burns. Add chicken and dry spices. Add the sauces as per taste. Take tortilla. Put the chicken filling in the centre, fold the bottom and roll gently.
