150 gms boneless chicken
2 eggs
50 gms mushrooms
50gms capsicum
15gms fat
salt n pepper according to taste
8gms red chilli sauce
7gms soya sauce
1tsp ginger n garlic paste
beat eggs in a bowl with salt n pepper.
take gms fat in a dosa pan n make a big thin omlette.
cut into thin strips. Egg noodles r ready. Keep aside.
Take remaining gms fat in a pan n saute the capsicum n mushrooms. You may add other veges of your choice too..
Once the veges r tender add the chicken cut into cubes, ginger n garlic paste, salt n pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
Cover n cook till chicken is tender.
Add the egg noodles n toss till everything is well coated with the sauces. njoy
