50 grm paneer
10 grm ghee
1/ onion
1/2 capsicum
1/2 tamto
10 grm peanuts
2 to 3 green chilli
salt to taste
coriander for garnishing
cut all vegetables like onions,tomato, capsicum and chillies
make smooth paste of besan(chnna dal powder) add salt ,black pepper (optional)
add all cutted vegetables in paste
take a pan and heat it with teaspoon ghee
Pour besan paste on pan and spread gently
Take paneer mash it and add some ,salt ,black pepper,and coriander thn mix it well
put mixed paneer stuff on besan chila Fold it...and cook chilla in both sides and coriander on top and served it with roasted peanuts
