Chicken Breast Mince 150 gm Wheat flour 50 gm (Makes 8 momos) 1/4 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp spring onion greens chopped Salt to taste Black pepper powder - a pinch 2 g Butter 2 g olive oil for greasing the steamer
Make a dough with wheat flour and rest for min mins. . Meanwhile mix chicken mince, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, chopped spring onion greens, salt to taste and a pinch of black pepper powder, Add the butter and mix well. . Leave the marinated chicken in the fridge. . After the dough has rested, make momo wrappers out of it. . Take out the chicken filling from the fridge and make equal portions. . Take a bowl and fill with little water. . Now take a momo wrapper, dip your index finger in the bowl of water and then lightly line the momo wrapper with your finger. . Put one portion of chicken filling on the momo wrapper, and then give the momo a shape of your choice. Similarly make more momos. . I used a bamboo steamer to steam the momos. Grease the steamer with oil. And then place the momos. . Boil water in a pan. Then place the steamer on the pan and steam the momos for - mins until they are done. Serve with homemade momo Chutney. ENJOY!
