Chicken breast 200g
Amul Pizza cheese (mozzarella) 20g
Egg White 2 nos
Isabgol / psyllium husk 10g
Garlic powder 5g
Pepper powder 5g
Oregano dried 3g
Thyme dried 3g
Red Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
Green Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
Yellow Bell pepper 30g (finely chopped)
Cauliflower very small florets 10g
French beans 20g (finely chopped)
Garlic 15g (finely chopped)
Butter 3g
Cumin powder 5g
Paprika powder 5g
Cilantro leaves 10g
Lime juice 5ml
Salt as per taste
Step ) Add salt to chicken breast and keep aside for mins. Step ) steam and cook the chicken breast for - minutes. Let it cool for minutes. Step ) Add to mixer grinding jar steamed chicken breast +g amul Pizza cheese(mozzarella) + egg whites +g isabgol + g garlic powder +g pepper powder + g oregano dried + g thyme dried + salt as per taste. Grind to smooth paste Step ) Line and press the aluminium tart moulds ( cupcake moulds /silicone moulds also work great) with tart mixture. Step ) bake in oven at °F for minutes ( keep in empty cooker with stand without rubber ring if oven not there will work as oven same results) Step ) while the tart is baking, take a nonstick pan, switch on flame and add butter and minced garlic g. Saute for - minutes. Step ) Add cauliflower and fresh beans and cook on high flame for minutes. Add red, yellow and green Bell pepper and saute for minutes. Step ) Add cumin powder g,paprika powder g and salt and saute for minutes. Step ) Switch off flame, add cilantro leaves and lime juice and mix well. Step ) Carefully remove the tart moulds from oven /cooker. Carefully unmould the tart shells. Fill the chicken tart shells with vegetable mixture and enjoy.
