100gms iceberg lettuce
50gms quinoa
100gms chicken boneless
50gms broccoli
50gms mushroom
10gms butter
10ml olive oil
10gms mustard sauce
1tbsp acv/white vinegar or lemone juice
paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1tsp ginger garlic paste
Wash n boil the quinoa. strain n keep aside.
Take gms butter in a pan and saute the chicken pieces with salt n pepper, ginger n garlic paste. remove n add to the boiled quinoa.
Take the remaining gms butter in the same pan n sute the broccoli and mushroom with salt n pepper till tender. add to the quinoa.
Wash n chop the iceberg lettuce and add to the quinoa.
Now for the dressing... mix together olive oil, mustard sauce, acv, paprika, salt and pepper. pour it over the salad n toss well. njoy
