Chicken boneless - 100gm
Onion - 100gm
tomato - 20 gm
Curd - 100gm
Jalapeño - 1
Dry ingredients - salt, pepper, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder
Ghee/oil - 10gm
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces and grind it in the mixer and keep aside.
Now grind the onion in the mixer and transfer into muslin cloth and squeeze out all the water. Make sure it's dry.
Shift in minced chicken, onion and all dry spices and grind again. Make the paste out of it.
Take some oil in your palm and roll the ball out of it. You can give patty shape as well as I have done.
With the remaining oil, fry the chicken patties until it's golden brown on both sides and take it in a plate.
In the same pan, add chopped tomatoes and jalapeno slices and saute for sometime.
Now add curd and red chilly powder and simmer it for minutes.
Finally, add the chicken balls and little water and cook it on low to medium flame for about minutes.
In a plate, first arrange the patties and top it with the gravy and garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
