Whole wheat flour - 5 grams
Chicken - 100 grams
Milk - 100 Ml
Butter - 10 grams
Amul cream (thick cream) - 40 grams
Green beans - 100 grams
Mushroom - 100 grams
Salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, oregano and chilli flakes
Garlic - 4-5 cloves minced
Green chilli - 1-2 finely diced
Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
Lightly butter the pan and add minced garlic and chilli to it and let them heat up for a minute on a medium to low flame.
Once they start getting a bit red, add the mushrooms, half tsp salt and half tsp pepper, tsp oregano, quarter tsp red chilli flakes.
In another vessel, add the green beans, along with some water and salt and boil it for about - mins and set it aside.
Now once the mushrooms shrink and have gotten nice and red add the chicken and let it all cook for about minutes as we're using boneless pieces.
Drain the green beans and add it to the pan to saute with all the other ingredients.
Empty the pan, but don't put it away. Add the remaining butter and add the wheat flour to the pan to roast for minutes.
Slowly add the milk while mixing nicely so the wheat flour dissolves (you can use more milk if you want more gravy).
Keep breaking the lumps of wheat flour and mixing with the milk.
Add the cream at this stage and mix everything well and it'll be ready in a minute, don't overcook the cream anymore.
To the cream add some oregano. Now pour it over the chicken and the veggies and mix it well.
