Chicken keema pulao 250gm chicken keema 120 gm rice Ghee 10gm
1 small onion 2 green chilli
4 to 5 black pepper 2 to 4 cloves Ginger garlic paste Bay leaf Cinnamon stick small Black cardamom 1 Cumin seeds
Coriander powder Salt Garam masala
Take a cooker add ghee as it heates up add cumin ,blackpepper ,cloves,black cardamom ,cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Then add chopped onions and cook it till translucent.
Add tbs ginger garlic paste let it cook and sprinkle little bit of water to avoid it sticking .
Then add chicken keema and add salt ,garam masala ,coriander powder and green chilli.
Cook it for min and then add water and let it cook for min . Then add rice and cook it for min . Then give it whistles and it’s ready .
