Boneless chicken - 200 grams
Bread crumbs - 100 grams (approx)
Butter - 20 grams
Salt, pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, turmeric, lemon juice
Eggs - 2
Chop the chicken into nice medium sized fillets or small fillets
In a bowl mix half tsp of salt, half tsp red chilli powder, one tsp garam masala, half tsp coriander powder, tablespoon ginger garlic paste, tsp pepper and half tsp jeera powder, half tsp turmeric powder, table spoon lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together, add the chicken to this mix and marinate well for an hour
Crack the eggs in a plate and add salt and pepper and beat it well
Dip the chicken in the bread crumbs and then in the egg and back again in the bread crumbs and coat it nicely
Oil the base of the air fryer with butter and put the coated pieces in the air fryer, drizzle/rub a little butter over it with a brush
Turn the air fryer on ° C for minutes
At minutes open the air fryer and flip the contents
