Bread,paneer, veggies cheese

Veeba Southwest sauce, veeba mustard sauce and ketchup

Method

Step 1

Take g of paneer and microvave in a bowl for -secs until it becomes soft. - Now take g of chopped onion and g of capsicum and add it to the bowl - Take ml of Southwest sauce , ml of mustard sauce and tbsp of ketchup and mix it with paneer and veggies. Also add a puch of salt and black pepper. - Heat the pan add g of butter and place two bread slices on it. - Now add your paneer mix on the bread - Spread the half cheese slice on top of the bread with paneer mix - Take the second bread and join them together and cook for a minute - Yummy, Crispy Paneer sandwich is ready
