semolina macaroni (100gm), spinach (30gm),Carrot(30gm),capsicum(40gm),onion (30gm), processed cheese cube(25g),cheese slice (20gm),amul butter (10 gm )olive oil(10gm) ,garlic peeled(5gm),2 brown bread slices (46g) I used 1 teaspoon pasta sauce ,1 teaspoon shezwan sauce ,1 teaspoon soya sauce oregano seasoning and chilli flakes and crushed black pepper
I just boiled the macroni in boiling water with pinch of salt and drained and washed with cold water kept aside. in a pan added some olive oil , butter saute garlic ,onion and all veggies little water and cook add the sauces and cheeses cube let it melt ,then add boiled pasta and cover for min on low flame it's ready to serve season with seasoning mentioned . cheese sandwich is simple green chutney ( tea spoon) ,tomato ketchup and hung curd tea spoon mixed and put cheese slice and toast it on non stick..ready to serve 😊 The total calories are mentioned for pasta prepared and sandwich I have only served half the pasta prepared in plate with sandwich so it is quite filling and fit on macros easily ..
