Boiled Egg White - 4
Boiled Potato - 30gm
Cheese - 1 Slice/20gm
Onion and Tomato
Ghee - 5gm
Step - Boil the eggs Step - Cut the potato, onion, tomato, green chilli (you can add capsicum if you want) Step - Take a Frypan and gm ghee Step - Mix the ingredients in step and cook it for - minutes ( Add salt, red chilli powder) Step - Cut the Boiled egg into half and remove the yolk part from Boiled egg. Step - Now fill the paste prepared in Step in Boiled Eggs Step - Take the cheese slice and grate it or cut it into equal proportion. Put it on the top of Boiled egg with fillings Step - Microwave the eggs for seconds to minute Step - Add black pepper on top of eggs.
