paneer (crumbled)200 gm
curd 2 tsp
gram flour 1 1/2 tbsp
1 mediun onino chopped
1 green chilli chopped(optional)
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1-2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2tsp seseme seeds for coating
olive oil for shallow fry
for tomato sauce
roasted tomatoes 3-4 medium-sized
onion 1 medium sized
green chilli
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
black pepper powder 1/2tsp
oregano 1/2tsp
heat a pan and add tsp oil
add onino and saute
add ginger garlic paste
add green chilli and gram flour
saute till gram flour is lightly roasted
take pan off flame and let it cool
crumble paneer and add above mixture and mix coat in seseme seeds either shallow fry till golden brown or bake on c for -min.
add curd to get binding consistency
for tomato sauce
take another pan and add oil
add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute
add green chilli and black pepper powder
add tomatoes and roast
add oregano
