For tikki/ patty: 30gms oats 25gms paneer 50gms beet root Salt and pepper
For bread: 50gms curd 30gms sooji/ rawa
5gms oil
1 cheese slice/ 25gms cheese cube
For tikki/ patty: Mix oats, grate paneer and beet root. Add some salt and pepper to it. Now cook it on low to medium flame till it becomes crispy. For bread: Mix sooji and curd with some salt. Add little water and make small pancakes out of it. You can add onion and tomatoes too. Now layer your burger with pancake, green chutney, grate cheese , put tikki, and again pancake. Your burger is ready šš¤¤
