60 gms amul gold milk
80 gms yogurt
1.5 tbsp coffee (dilute in a tablespoon of hot water)
14 gms coconut oil/butter
35 gms maida/apf
35 gms unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
1/4th tsp baking soda
1/4th tsp salt
30 gms chopped chocolate (optional) without it the calories will be even less
sweetner of your choice. I used 6 sachets of splenda (5 would do by I like but extra sweetness)
brew the coffee . measure the milk and yogurt in a bowl and give a whisk. . add the egg and whisk well. . add the measured dry ingredients and give a good mix. . add the brewed coffee. . add the sweetner and mix. . pour the batter in a * baking tin . bake in a preheated oven @ for - minutes. .. sprinkle the chopped chocolate while the brownies are still hot (totally optional) pointers: it won't be fudgy like regular brownies, it will not have a crackly top but it tastes awesome I promise! I got pieces of brownies and updating the calories *per piece*.
