Method

Step 1

Add oil in a cooker

Step 2

Temper with a few mustard seeds, split urad dal, curry leaves

Step 3

Add the vegetables

Step 4

Add salt for taste and water till the Vegetables are covered.

Step 5

pressure cook for whistles.
