mix all the ingredients except oil.
add some water. make sure it is not flowy.
take bhajiya size batter(if i can call it so) and place it on steamer. steam it for mins.
let it cool down. then sauté it with some oil on low flame until it looks like bhajiya and is crispy. preferably on a non stick pan as we are using less oil.
