Water- 100-120 ml
1 Cheese Slice
Prepare Besan batter with water and keep it for min.
Add Chopped Onion and Coriander leaves in Besan Batter
Add Salt, Black Pepper and Ajwain.
Grease Non Stick Panwith gm Ghee
Spread Batter on Pan and Cook Both side with gm ghee
Cut Besan Chilla in pcs.
Cut one half Chilla pc. in pcs.
Put it between bread slices along with cheese Slice and prepare sandwich
Serve it with ketchup and enjoy
