Capsicum 200 gm
Gram flour 40 gm
Fennel seeds 5 gm
Jeera 5 gm
mustard seeds 5 gm
hing small pinch
spices small pinch
sugar 5 gm
lemon juice 5 gm
salt as per taste
Dry roast the gram flour in the pan, till it starts changing colour. Dice the capsicum. Take another pan, put oil, jeera, hing, fennel seeds in to it. Add spices haldi, corrindar powder, chilly powder, garam masala, salt and the diced capsicum. Stir it nicely, and cover it with a lid to cook for - minutes. Now, open the lid, put the roasted gram flour to it, along with sugar and lemon juice. Now stir it again. Till the gram flour absorbs the complete moisture of the cooked capsicum. Close the lid for another minutes and slow the gas flame. Now it's ready. You may garnish it with fresh corrindar. PS: Garlic and onion and can also be added to it. But don't forget to add it in your Macros. Hope you enjoy this dish.
