In a pan out olive oil , ginger garlic paste, chopped chilli and onion . Once brown turn the gas off . When cooled, add this to a grinder , add beetroot, soya chunks , besan and salt and blend to form a mash. . Take the mash in a bowl, form tikki / kebabs . . Take a nonstick pan, grease it and put the kebabs. . Roast from both sides for mins each Kebabs are ready to eat . Serve with onion and mint chutney
