*Preparation time*: mins *Cooking time*: mins . Grate two beet roots after peeling the skins . Take ml coconut oil and let it heat up . Add mustard seeds, jeera, chilli, half tsp urad dal, half tsp chana dal, hing, Kashmiri whole red chilli 🌶, curry leaves 🍃 . Let them fry for about - secs . Add the grated beet root, tsp of turmeric, tsp of sugar, tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt to taste . Mix it well and add / cup of water. Cover it with a lid for - mins. . Open the lid. The beet root would have turned soft. Add grated coconut on top and mix it. Cook it for another minute . Serve hot. Add grated coconut on top for presentation
