Oats- 40gm
Eggs- 2
Milk - 150ml
Butter - 2gm
Coffee - 1 tbsp
Baking powder- 1/4th tsp
Zero calorie sweetener- as per your taste
In a mixer, grind oats along with baking powder and keep it aside
In a bowl, add coffee powder, sweetener and tbsp water and form a concoction. You may add more coffee as per your taste.
In a bowl, whisk eggs until it turns foamy. Then, add milk and whisk again. Afterwards, add coffee mixture and oats and whisk all nicely. Let it sit for - minutes.
Brush the nonstick pan with butter and laddle - scoops of pancake batter and cook it slowly on medium-low flame until it turns golden brown on both sides. Repeat until your mixture is over
Stack pancakes in a plate and garnish it with banana slices and drizzle of honey. Enjoy your morning breakfast with this kickass delicacy!
