Milk - 150ml
Eggs- 2
Banana- 70g
Almond- 5g
Butter/ghee/oil - 3 gm
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder- 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 0.5 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sweetener - as per taste
Baking powder- 1tsp
Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla essence together until its frothy. Add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, sweetener, a pinch of salt, baking all together and whisk it again.
Grease the baking tray with butter and pour oats and the above mixture and mix all well.
Add banana slices and chopped almonds on the top. Bake it in airfryer for about minutes at deg C or until you get golden brown top. Enjoy 😉
