Wheat flour - 40gms
Ghee - 10gms
Fenugreek leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Salt - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tap
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Take wheat flour add fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder ,ghee and knead a hard dough with little water
Cover and keep it for -mins
Take small dough balls and roll it into thin small cookie /mathris
Prick the mathris with a fork n brush a little ghee on it
Bake it in an over at c for -mins. Tadaaa!!! It’s ready you can store it and enjoy it with your tea/coffee.
