Beat the eggs and egg whites together. Add the chopped onions and chilli. Add salt. Bake for minutes.
Cut this baked egg preparation into pieces.
Heat oil. Fry the cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, onions, chillies and tomatoes.
Add the spices and stir for - minutes.
Add curd, lower the heat and keep stirring continuously for - minutes.
Add the baked egg pieces.
Serve hot with phulka/rice.
