Corn Flour - 30 g
Multigrain Flour - 30 g
Kidney beans - 100 g
Butter - 10 g (optional)
Salt to taste
Turmeric(optional) - a pinch ( used it for colour)
Red chilli flakes/ powder
Green chilies- 1
Coriander leaves - handful
Tomato- 150 g
Onion - 50 g
Lemon - 1 or as per taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
Cheese - 20 g
Knead a thick dough with both flours , salt, turmeric ( optional) using water
Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut them into shape and size of your choice
Preheat the oven or AirFryer at C. Bake these for - min at C until crispy.
Beans- Boil the overnight soaked beans with salt. Now in a pan cooked these beans further with butter, black pepper, chilli flakes for - min. Please ensure that excess water is gone and the beans are very soft. Adjust salt if needed
Salsa- Roast one tomato on gas (~ g) and add it in the chopper.Then add rest of the tomato, onion , green chilli, salt, lemon and coriander leaves
Serving - serve them as multiple layers of nachos- beans- salsa topped with melted cheese
