Pasta - 100 grams (dry)
Feta cheese - 50 grams
Tomatoes - 250 grams
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Olive oil - 10 Ml
Chicken breast - 100 grams (optional)
Capsicum - 30 grams
Mushrooms - 50 grams
Oregano - half tsp
Salt - Add to taste
Pepper - half tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
Fresh basil chopped
Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
Preheat the oven to °C
In a large baking dish or in oven proof skillet, place the tomatoes, garlic, season with salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes.
Pour in some of the olive oil and mix.
In the middle of the dish place a block of feta cheese. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and drizzle some olive oil.
Bake for minutes. Mash the ingredients together in the baking dish until well combined. Add the mushroom, capsicum and chicken and bake for another mins.
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions.
Add the boiled pasta, chopped basil and toss until combined.
