Ingredients

Potatoes - 200 gms

Paneer - 50 gms

Ghee - 8 gms

Red chilli powder and salt

Method

Step 1

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker by adding salt

Step 2

Once cooked and cooled down peel the potatoes and mash them in a bowl

Step 3

Add grated paneer and spices to mashed potatoes

Step 4

Mix everything together and form tikkis

Step 5

Brush ghee onto a heated pan and place tikkis over it.

Step 6

Cook evenly on a low flame and flip once done from one side repeat the process for other side too.
